Royal Black DL301 Tires

The Royal Black DL301 is a drive-position commercial truck tire for tractors and heavy straight trucks on 22.5-inch and 24.5-inch wheels. Royal Black is a brand of Shandong Haohua Tire Co.

Sizes cover both conventional and low-profile fitments: 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 295/75R22.5 and 285/75R24.5. The 295/75R22.5 is load range H (16-ply rating) and carries 6,610 lbs per tire single and 6,005 lbs per tire in dual (load index 146/143), with an M speed rating (81 mph). The 11R22.5 in load range G (14-ply rating) carries 6,175 lbs single and 5,840 lbs dual (144/142). The dual figure is lower because the inside and outside tires share the load unevenly over crowned roads.

For fleet buyers the question is cost per mile. That comes down to correct inflation, matched duals and pulling the tire while the casing is still sound.
