You can place your tire order in two simple ways. You can order tires online anytime through our website, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is the fastest and easiest way to buy tires.
If you prefer, you can also place your order by phone. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. Call 866-335-8473 to speak with our team who can help you select and purchase the right tires for your vehicle. We can only accept debit or credit card information over the phone. For security reasons, all orders must be shipped either to the billing address on file or to one of our approved tire installation partners.

Absolutely! We can help you find the perfect tires for your vehicle. The easiest way to get started is by using our tire selector right on our homepage, where you can search by vehicle type, tire size, or brand. While we're happy to assist you in finding factory-standard sizes, please keep in mind that we're unable to help with aftermarket or staggered rim sizes. If you need a little extra guidance, you can always give us a call at (866) 335-8473, or check out our Knowledge Center for helpful tips on how to find the right tires for your car.
Due to our fast processing times, we're unable to cancel orders that were placed more than 30 minutes ago. If you placed your order within this time, you can submit a cancellation request using the form linked in your confirmation email. Please keep in mind that we can't guarantee that a cancellation will always be possible. If you've missed the cancellation window but no longer need your tires, please initiate a return via our online form.

If you purchased tires from us via one of our partner sites, and need support with your order, please log in to that partner's website and contact us via buyer seller messages. Returns and Exchanges
Although it's uncommon, a tire can sell out before your order is fully processed. If the tires you ordered are out of stock, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including any related fees. If you would like help choosing a comparable replacement tire, call 866-335-8473 and our team will gladly assist you.
We accept tire returns within 45 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, tires must be unmounted, unused, and undamaged. To start a return, complete our Return Request form. After you submit the form, a Customer Service representative will follow up by email within 3 business days with next steps.

We do not accept returns for any tires that have already been mounted or driven on. For more information, please visit our Returns Policy page.
Now that you have the labels, please remove all original shipping labels on the tire(s). Print out your new labels and attach them to the tire. Make sure the tire matches the label if different styles of tires were ordered. Clear packing tape is preferred. Please ensure your label is tightly affixed to the tire so it doesn't get damaged or lost in transit. Finally, drop off your tire(s) at your local FedEx - don't forget to request a drop-off confirmation receipt!
We issue your refund once the returned tire(s) reach our warehouse and we’ve confirmed the tires are in good condition. From there, it usually takes 3-5 business days to refund your original form of payment.
We get it, accidents happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong tires, we can attempt to cancel the order before it ships if you notify us within 30 minutes of order placement. If you have missed the cancellation window, please initiate a return via our online form.
If you received tires that are different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible using our Contact Us form. We will help confirm the order details, provide return shipping labels for the incorrect tires, and assist you with getting the correct tires shipped. We're here to make it right!
Promotions, Rebates, and Discounts
Yes! We offer deals for both new and returning customers. For current promotions, visit our Deals page and Rebates page to find the latest tire discounts, manufacturer rebates, and special offers. We also offer Secret Price Mode. Turn on the Secret Price Mode switch and enter your email address to unlock lower prices on many of the tires we sell.
To submit a rebate, go to our Rebates page and find the rebate offer you are eligible for. Have your order confirmation email ready, since you may need details like your invoice number and purchase date. Click 'Submit Rebate' to be redirected to the manufacturer's website, where you will complete the rebate submission and upload any required documents.

Yes! We offer a 5 percent military discount for active duty and retired military members. To receive your military tire discount code, submit the following through our Contact Us form:
- A photo of the front and back of your military ID

Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the continental USA through FedEx ground. We do not currently offer overnight delivery, however, each tire will show an Estimated Delivery, and we are often able to deliver tires within 2-3 days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also check your order status and tracking information anytime on our Order Status page.
Our warehouses are not set up to assist with in-person pick-ups. At this time, all orders will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.
We currently only offer shipping within the continental USA.
We do not offer free shipping on our products, however we do sometimes offer it as a promotion for specific brands or models.

Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday and are closed for select holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or the day before a holiday will likely ship the following business day.

These fees help cover the additional costs of direct-to-home delivery, extra preparation, and they also support essential services such as quality checks, secure packaging, and warehouse management to ensure your tires meet our standards and arrive safely. Please note that handling fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
We know mistakes can happen! Unfortunately, due to our quick order processing times, we’re unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed. However, once your order has shipped, you may be able to request an address change directly through FedEx.
Tire, Registration, and Coverage Information
Absolutely! Every tire we sell is brand new and unused, and we store our inventory in climate controlled warehouses to help maintain proper condition.
Our DOT codes may vary. We work with 1000+ warehouses each with their own stock. Because of this, it is impossible for us to track the DOT codes on each individual tire. We can promise that the tire will be of brand new quality. Our tires are stored in properly conditioned warehouses with no chance for the material to degrade. If you receive a tire with a DOT code that you feel unsatisfied with, just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
Because we ship from over 1,000 warehouses with different inventory, we are not able to track or guarantee specific DOT codes for individual tires before shipment. We can guarantee that every tire we sell is brand new, unused, and meets our quality standards. You can learn more about DOT codes here.
If you're not fully satisfied with the DOT code on your tire, simply contact Customer Service via the Contact Us form. We'll arrange a hassle-free tire return and help you select the best replacement tires for your vehicle.
Yes! We offer Tire Repair and Replacement Coverage that provides protection against road hazards on most of our tires. After selecting your tires and delivery option, you'll have the opportunity to opt in or out of this coverage during checkout.

We offer Tire Repair and Replacement Coverage for the majority of our tires. Most brands also offer a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects and excessive treadwear. If your selected tire has a warranty, you will see a badge on the listing that tells you how many miles that tire's warranty is good for!
To start a warranty claim, please Contact Us and we'll guide you through the process to make it as hassle-free as possible. To help avoid delays, please attach the following to your message:

- Installation receipt
- Tire rotation records
- Inspection report
- Tire removal receipt
