Blackhawk Agility SUV Tires

The Blackhawk Agility SUV is an all-season touring tire for crossovers and SUVs, backed by a 60,000-mile limited treadwear warranty and offered in wheel diameters ranging from 16 to 21 inches. It is one of the strongest value picks in the segment for drivers who spend their miles on city streets and highways.

If the brand is unfamiliar, that is worth checking before you buy tires, and the answer is clear: Blackhawk is produced by the Sailun Group, one of the larger global tire manufacturers with growing distribution across North America. This is a value brand with real engineering and quality control behind it, not an anonymous import.

The tire utilizes a durable, high-silica compound and an optimized contact patch that puts more rubber on the road, which shortens braking distances and keeps wear even across the tread profile. A solid center rib gives quick, accurate steering and stable straight-line tracking at highway speeds, while a network of interlocking sipes adds hundreds of biting edges for wet roads and light snow. Wet braking is confident and hydroplaning resistance holds up well at speed. Owners consistently report a quiet, comfortable ride, which is the main reason drivers pick this tire in this category.

Set expectations correctly on winter and off-road use. It is a touring all-season without 3PMSF certification, so it manages light snow but is not built for deep snow, ice, or unpaved trail use. If your SUV sees severe winter conditions or regular gravel, choose an all-weather or all-terrain tire instead.

Best-suited for: Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, Nissan Rogue, Chevrolet Equinox, Toyota Highlander, Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Mazda CX-5. Shoppers choose the Blackhawk Agility SUV most often in 275/45R21, 245/60R18, 235/65R18, 255/65R18 and 245/50R20.
