The Firestone Destination MT2 tire is an aggressive mud and all-terrain tire that is best suited for off-roading or work trucks that need durability, mud traction, traction in loose gravel and sand. You will not get stuck with the Firestone Destination M/T tire thanks to the large tread blocks and wide open spaces to evacuate the loose material. In rock and on gravel, added protection comes from Firestone's "long-link" rubber formulations that are treadwear and cracking resistant. This same rubber is in the sidewall of the tire to protect against curbing or damage from off-road hazards. Like earlier generation Firestone Destination M/T tires, the MT2 features O-bead technology. This improves uniformity and ride comfort through the use of a single continuous strand of cable in the bead construction. The tire also has a large rim guard to protect the wheels.

quiet on the highway

"they are quieter than the duratraks i had and the performance is good in mud gravel and pavement looking forward to trying them in snow"

I will continue to purchase these

"I have 35000 miles on my 315/70/17 destination mt2's 10 ply and they are about 1/2 tread. Couldn't be more pleased. I pull a tandem axle 14k gvw bobcat trailer often and they are very stable and handle the load well. Have them on a 2008 2500hd silverado. Superb value."

Good looking tires

"These tires do really well in the snow and loose dirt, I was a little disappointed in their performance on rocks as I do a lot of rock crawling and I've had better performance with cheaper tires before. On the road they are very quiet for a 37 inch tire I am very happy with my purchase."
