The Dimension Comp MTX is a mud-terrain light truck tire for pickups and SUVs that see real mud, dirt and loose rock. It comes in load range C (6-ply rating) on 15-inch sizes and load range F (12-ply rating) on 22-inch flotation sizes. That spread covers both an older compact 4x4 and a lifted heavy-duty pickup.

The two load ranges are very different tires. The LT235/75R15 in load range C carries 1,984 lbs per tire on a single axle (load index 104/101). That is right for a compact truck and gives a softer ride at moderate pressure. The 35x12.50R22 in load range F carries 3,197 lbs per tire (load index 121) at higher pressure. For the best ride, set pressure from the load inflation table for your axle weight rather than the sidewall maximum.

Best-suited for: Ford Ranger (older generations), Chevrolet S-10, Jeep Cherokee XJ, and lifted Ford F-250, Ram 2500 and Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD on aftermarket 22-inch wheels.
