The Toyo M655 LT235/80R17 E/10PLY Tires is a Commercial Truck - Drive tire. Manufacturer part number: 556730.
Toyo M655 is an all-weather mixed service commercial tire built to be used in local and regional applications. M655 performs really well both on and off road and can be used both as a drive and a steer tire. The tire features a Three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol, which means it is fully suitable for severe snow service. Its wide and aggressive tread design offers an optimal traction in mud, sand, and snow. The sipes enhance Toyo’s braking on icy, wet, and dry roads. If the tire is used in extreme winter conditions, it can accept TSMI #15 winter studs for even more superior winter performance. Toyo M655 tread width helps with even load distribution, stability, and excellent profile retention. Multi-stage bridge supports block stiffness for long and even wear, while extra-wide block and lug pattern with tread depth offers great mileage. E-balance profile technology offers excellent retrievability and casing stability, and maintains the form and flatter tread radius throughout the life of the casing. The durability of this commercial tire also supported by special cut and chip resistant tread compound, as well as with stone ejectors that prevent the casing damage.

Load Index
120/117
The load index (LI) is a 2- or 3-digit number that correlates to the maximum amount of weight the tire can carry. For example, a tire with a load index of 87 indicates that the tire can carry a maximum load of 1,201 lbs. In this particularly example, 4 tires (each with a load index of 87) can carry a maximum of 4,804 lbs. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for the recommended minimum load index.

"We studded these and had to mount them without balancing. They ride great and run smooth. Excellent traction. I'm running 6 of them on a 550 Ford plow truck up here in Alaska and they are great. And the prompt service and good pricing was a bonus. They shipped right a way and are everything I hoped for. Thank you!"

Perfect winter tire
"Installed on my 2020 F450 4500 miles ago. I live in Alaska and these face the harshest of winter conditions. Temperatures are below -20F right now and I expected these to harden up and not be as great at these low temps. I was wrong, they're still great in 6" of snow or on the ice at intersections. The wandering that is inherent in these vehicles has been significantly reduced. I've been using Centramatic Balancers since I purchased the truck so I can't say if they balance any easier but they ride great with this setup. I couldn't be happier with my purchase."
