Bias Ply Trailer Tires

Bias ply trailer tires are designed for stability, heavy loads, and mild off-pavement use. They feature layers of nylon textile cords stacked at 30-degree angles, creating a stiff sidewall. This stiffness makes them ideal for customers hauling heavy loads and using trailers off-road. Bias ply tires are cost-effective, but have a shorter tread life and may develop flat spots when parked for long periods. They offer improved traction, lower rolling resistance, and enhanced braking grip when compared to passenger tires. Furthermore, their stiff rubber compound adds strength and durability, reducing trailer sway during travel.
